polite way maine pls
As I applied leaves in system but it was not approved at that time when I had applied, And as I have told you that I have not taken any vacation leaves, because of office work and called back to work. But now I have checked in system that the applied leaves have approved. Would request you to cancel the leaves and adjust all my leaves in future, so that I can also take leaves as like other, my entire leaves quota of 2020 & 2021 annual earned leave sanctioned by the company is pending and as per mail forwarded by HR to applied your leaves otherwise all will lapse but I could not take leave yet, company has sanctioned leaves to everyone, but for me same is not applicable. Like I told you I can't take my planned leaves like other. My all leaves is getting lapsed every year.
