Dear Baqer,
With reference to the below email, please be informed that Finance has reviewed the NBCC agreement and they have not found any error on the agreement and approved and accept. (please see attached remark).

lastly, NBCC is endlessly follow up for the agreement as well as new units. We are unable to deliver the units to them unless we can’t get the sign agreement, but still, our agreement is under scanning in our legal department.

As you know we had submitted the agreement after getting the approval from Mr. Andrew and customer signed the agreement accordingly, now in other scenarios, we have to resubmit the agreement with revision for their signature, even though they had already signed it and waiting for their units.

I know all legal specs are very important for future to secure ourselves legally, but the customer has nothing do with this as we have submitted the agreement they signed it, issue the P.O and now they require their units.

Kindly look into this and solve the issue as early as possible.
